Delivery anywhere in South Africa is free on orders over R2000. Under R2000 it's a flat R150. Orders are delivered door to door within 3–5 working days.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused bag in its original packaging for a refund. We collect it from you: the collection fee is R150 for small bags (slings, crossbodies, moon bags) and R250 for backpacks and larger bags, deducted from your refund. If the bag is faulty you get a full refund including delivery.
Every Bound bag is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — zips, stitching, buckles and straps. Send us photos of the issue and we'll repair it first, or replace it if we can't. Out of guarantee, we offer affordable repairs for wear and tear.
Our core range is made from 100% recycled fabrics with waterproof YKK zips. The NSRI x Bound range is 500D PVC (80% PVC / 20% polyester) with high-frequency welded seams so it's 100% waterproof.
Core-range bags are water-resistant — recycled fabrics with waterproof zips — and will shrug off rain. For fully submersible, 100% waterproof protection choose the NSRI x Bound Waterproof Backpack, Grab Bag or Tote.
Mini Backpack: up to 13". Roll-Top, Town and Everywhere Backpacks and City Backpack Duffel: up to 15". NSRI x Bound Waterproof Backpack: up to 17" in a removable padded sleeve. Exact dimensions are on each product page.
Every Bound bag comes with a removable Velcro patch in Flame orange, Green or Black. Swap it to change the colour accent on your bag in seconds.
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, air dry away from direct heat, and don't machine wash or tumble dry. NSRI x Bound PVC bags can be rinsed with fresh water after salt or sand and hung to dry.
