Shipping policy
Delivery in South Africa
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
- Free delivery on all orders of R2000 and over.
- Orders under R2000: a flat R150 delivery fee.
- Orders are delivered door to door by courier within 3–5 working days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote or outlying areas and during peak periods. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout – we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 or over a weekend are dispatched on the next working day.
